What are your payment terms?
To reserve the date, you have to pay 1,000 pesos as reservation fee, non-refundable. 50% will be deposited one (1) month prior to the event, or on your prenuptial shoot, whichever comes first. The remaining balance will be paid on the event itself.
How many pictures do you usually take during the prenuptial shoot?
We normally take an average of 500 pictures. Of course that would depend on the duration of the shoot. However, we only give out 100-200 edited, high resolution pictures. We will also give you a one-song AVP.
How many pictures do you usually take during the wedding?
We usually take an average of 2000 pictures, which we will give to you in DVD.
When will we get the pictures and albums?
For the prenuptial pictures, we usually give it 2-4 weeks after the shoot.
For the wedding pictures, the DVD of images, along with the wedding highlights slide show DVD, will be given 1-2 months after the event. The albums and blow-up picture will be given NOT more than three (3) months after the submission of the selected pictures. Note that the lay-out must be approved first before we have them printed.
When should we have our prenuptial shoot?
Ideally it should be 1-2 months prior to the wedding. Earlier still, if the wedding falls during wedding season (December/January). If you plan to get a signature album, the latest date would be 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
What if we can only have our prenuptial shoot less than 2 weeks before the event and we got the package with the signature album? Will we forfeit the signature album?
Though we cannot give you the signature album, we can give you a prenuptial album instead. It's the same as a signature album except the lay-out will have less space for writing (since you'll not be writing on it anymore).
How many are you in the team during the prenuptial shoot?
We usually go with two (2) photographers (sometimes three), one (1) lightsman, and one (1) creative director/stylist - if the couple availed his services.
How many are you in the team during the wedding?
For the photography team, we usually go with 2-3 photographers (normally 3), and one (1) lights man. Additional 1 videographer and 1-2 lights man/men for a one-cam video set-up.
Do we need to feed you during the wedding?
Since we will be there very early to cover preparation, ceremony and reception, we will appreciate it if you could provide some lunch (if preparation covers lunch) so that we wouldn't have to go out anymore. Any kind of food will do - packed lunch, sandwiches, "lutong-bahay" or whatever is available and will not inconvenience you. Same goes with dinner (if your wedding covers dinner).
Who chooses the pictures for the album?
If the couple prefers to choose the pictures themselves, it's okay with us. They just need to send us the file names of 100-120 pictures (for 8x10 album) or 100-150 pictures (for 11x14 album) via email. If they prefer us to choose for them, that's fine with us too.
